“Hello, to cook frozen french fries it shows 390F on the appliance, but it says 360F in the recipe book that comes with it. Which one is correct?”

I used the temperature that is on the fryer, 390 degree. Don't forget to shake them up at least once or twice to get a even browning on all the fries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cooked Frozen Fries at 360 for about 10-12 minutes depending how crisp you want them. The higher temp is just going to cook it faster and possibly burn them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the guide on the fryer (390). The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When I cooked them at 360, they seemed to take longer, they were dry and hard.
