“What does refurbished mean exactly when it comes to hue lightbulbs. Are these just returned and unused or what? Thanks!”

I’m guessing it’s just returned items in this case. I ordered two. The boxes were correct (white and color bulb) but the bulb inside was only the Philips Hue white one. Very shady move from whoever originally returned these, I think. I ended up returning them and just ordering a new set.
