• This kit comes with Phillips hue bulbs that dim, but don't change colors. You would need Phillips Hue "White Ambiance" bulbs which can change from warm yellow to bright white.

• No. The color temperature is fixed and I’m not aware of there being other temperatures. If you want to be able to adjust the temp you will have to get the starter pack that comes with the white ambience bulbs (different from color ambience).
