Do I need internet for these null

Hue devices don't use Wifi but other frequencies in the 2.4 Ghz range through Zigbee (chip and antenna). The hue bridge has to be connected by LAN wire to your router and you will need Wifi to connect your phone to the bridge through your router to send commands via Zigbee to the lights.

Hmm start with, yes you need electricity. Next, with a bridge and getting to that point? Yes a “bridge” requires the mice on a wheel powering Comcast Internet.
