Yes, just turn the lamp on the highest setting and then just use your phone or whatever device your using to turn them on and off. Don’t turn them on and off with the lamp’s switch.

At first I was a little worried about leaving the dimmers on constantly. Then I realized that when the lights were turned off with either the Philips Hue app or the included switch, they were off completely. So, in your case, you will need to install the bulbs in the lamp sockets, turn them on to the highest brightness. Then from here on, forget about manually switching on and off your lamp. Use the Hue app or the Philips switch.
