• It depends. By default, yes. But you can actually change this in the settings. I have it set so when the power goes out, the lights will return to the last state they were in (of/off, color, brightness) when the power returns. This is nice cause if the power goes out at night when the lights are off, the lights won’t turn on when the power comes back. But if it happens during the day when I have the lights on, they’ll turn back on when the power comes back.

• If the switch is still on, yes it will turn back on to the default color white...you will have to change it back to the color you want with the app or accessory.
