“Can these bulbs be seat to cycle through the color spectrum on their own?”

• Yes. Via the PhilipsHue app. It has an effects section that has the option “prism” in which it will automatically cycle through the color spectrum. It also has fireplace and candle flicker but that’s about it.

• There are applications that will allow you to setup your hue bulbs to cycle through the color wheel

• Yes. I use my Alexa and tell it to "colorloop" and it will cycle.
