Can these lights be used outside? null

Yes but depends on the application. I have one in my front foyer but its under my awning and doesn't get wet. So long as its covered up and not completely exposed to the elements, I think itll be ok.

Yep. Been using the color bulbs outside for three years now. Not a single issue.
