The only way you could is if you manually did it in the app. If you were to turn the switch on a lamp, it would not automatically work as a 3 way bulb.

Yes. Works just fine what is adjusting the light my percentage and by adjusting the color of the light. The only drawback is that even at 100% it does not serve well as a reading lamp.
