• As long as the bulbs fit & they’re within reach of your wi-fi. I use this for my porch lights, as well as inside lights.

• Yes, if you have the hue bridge linked with the alexa. It works off a radio frequency so I'm not sure of the range but mine does work the porch, front and back..you can also control with just the hue app from your phone without the alexa so I'm told by my techie son.

• No. These lights are not certified for outdoor use and at the price, that would be problematic. The hub probably will control an outdoor light, but I would recommend a bulb certified for such use.
