• Yes they will, but they are smaller in diameter, works fine in recessed can fixture, if you are not bothered about the larger gap between the edge of the fixture and the lamp.

• They will fit in the socket. They may look a little odd, as they are a lot smaller than a PAR 30 bulb, but they will work.
