The white lights will just dim and brighten bit the adjustable ones you can choose different shades of white

The adjustable white lights give you a wide gamut within the white spectrum from cool to warm, (but no real colors.) If you don't like the white of the simple white bulbs, you may want to give the adjustables a try.
