No you need to pair them to the hue bridge first before it works with products like alexa, siri and google home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1) You need a bridge to connect the bulbs to the Echo. 2) While there is nothing that says they can be used outdoor, I have one outdoors and it works just fine. That said it is under my porch roof and encased in glassed.
