• My wife and I both have the Hue app on our IPhones. We are both able to control the lights. You just have to be on the same network as the hub in order for the app to work.

• I control them with my Amazon Echo Dot's Alexa App. But I am certain that you can, as I had to download the HUE App to my iPhone anyway to get it set up. And I control the same lights from different Echo Dots. Good luck!
