• You have to buy that specific bull. White is white only. Phillips does have a bull that can change "tone" from cool to warm, but not these bulbs.

• No, you need the hue ambiance to do that, these are just plaint soft white bulbs.

• yes you can, they app. let's you dim them instead of just being bright.

• I purchased the warm white 4pk and the app has 3 preset setting bright, dimmed, and nightlight. You can also choose by percentage using a slider on the app.
