• Yes, as long as you have the Philips hue bridge which is required by all Philips hue products.

• As long as you have a Philips Hue hub it will work with the Echo (just like all other Hue bulbs).

• Yes they work with echo. I use them in several room. Works better with echo then "hey Siri"
