No, they need constant power. You can dim them from the app, Alexa or Google, or a specific hue dimmer switch
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Phillips doesn’t recommend connecting any of their Hue lights to a standard dimmer. They do have a wireless Hue dimmer that works really well, I have several throughout my house. The Hue dimmer requires the Hue bridge as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Hue can be connected to a wall dimmer switch ( Lurton is compatible), but the switch and dimmer need to be on fully, and never used again. The Hue app working with the hue bridge or a hue dimmer accessory and/or a home hub, controls the dimming and color choices.
