Does this fine levy to a google mini null

Not sure what you are asking, but I'll attempt to answer... Since this new version of the lightstrip can work over Bluetooth, you can connect it to a Google Mini to control it without a hub. You should able to use the Philips Hue Bluetooth app as well as Google Home at that point, including voice commands. Theoretically, you could access it remotely with the Google Home app once you do so, since your Mini will remain at home even when you are away; however, I have not personally tried this.
