• A:Answer The light strips can be mounted eather way but I found it easier to get some command hooks the plastic kind and just used that to hold the light strip to the TV it makes it easier to curve the strip hope that helps.

• A:Answer Yes, I did this above my shower. To go around corners, twist the light strip onto its side then back flat again. You can have the lights can face you or be turned away to reflect off a wall. Works great.

• A:Answer There is no sensor included, however if you have the Hue system including the bridge, it's very easy to add a sensor and direct the system to turn on/off the lightstrip whenever the sensor is triggered. The Hue universe is pretty flush with capabilities, but this lightstrip would not be the best "standalone" option if you're not going all-in with Hue.

• A:Answer I was wondering the same thing. The Light strip Plus is $25. That is an extension for this light strip. If you are wanting to have different colors in different parts of your house, you will need multiple of the $80 light strips. If you are okay with having the same color and extending an existing light strip, buy the plus. The plus WILL NOT work without the $80 light strip.

• A:Answer Yes, they are made to connect. So, look at the end of your 2mm strip lights and look at the end of your 1mm strip lights, you will see little bitty prongs sticking out and the holes to put them into in order to connect them together. It’s very easy and they stay together.

Q: QuestionAre the LED's addressable or are they all limited to be the same color on the strip? Say I were to run it around the back of a TV, do I need one strip for each side or can one strip be programmed for each area?

• A:Answer The LEDs are not addressable. They're all the same color. For TVs, I'd recommend the Hue Play light bars. On my 75" TV, I currently have a Play bar on each side, 2 along the bottom, and this Lightstrip along the top. I'm not happy with the Lightstrip in this setup and will be replacing it with 2 more Play bars.
