“I had canless integrated LED bulbs in my bedroom; the light gives me headaches so I removed them.I have (4) 6" - 6 3/8" holes in my ceiling. I want to install the Hue White Ambiance BR30 bulbs. What housing (can) do I use and what trim do I use. Help”

Hi Linda, Any BR30 can/housing will work. I’d recommend taking your measurements and pictures to your local hardware store in case of special considerationS (height of the can, connectivity, etc). There are also various trims to select from based on personal preference. Good luck.
