QuestionI noticed that on the bulb it says that it is suitable for damp areas. I have outdoor recessed lights that cannot get rain water in them but it does get 100% humidity during the summer. Could I use them in the outdoor recessed light fixture?

- Answer Yes they work directly under the weather as the fixtures on the side of my house point upwards towards the sky and I have never had issues.

- Answer You can but be advised they will short our if you power wash you enclosures and they get wet or if it rains. We have pretty good enclosures and have had Phillips lights out side for years now and occasionally I have to replace. But for the convenience of the smart light its a fair trade.

- Answer Yes, but I believe it is only for setting them up initially. Your best bet is getting a Hue bridge to control them after set up.

- Answer It’s definitely warm white, so much so that I ordered the ones you can adjust the full range, because these are so warm that the light they put off is borderline the color you get from a fire.
