One end has a male connector and the other end has the female connector. Try to use the other end of the extension.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one strip and one extension and I just plugged the extension into the end of the strip, I didn’t use the male/female connector. Maybe the connector is needed in your case where you can plug one strip into the next and then use the connector for the end of the second strip or whichever strip you put at the end.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need one main light strip then buy extensions, up to 5 I think or maybe 6 it is in product info, and add the extensions to your base unit. The extensions are a different length than the based so you will need to measure the area you are trying to cover to see how many extensions you need to cover the area.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did the same thing. The description for the extension is terrible. You just need one lightstrip and then you just keep adding the extenstions to that strip. I initially thought the extension joined 2 strips.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are trying to do a continuous thing then you will need just multiple extensions and an adapter.
