“Will this work with other lights that are not Phillips hue if they connect to apple HomeKit? I have the Nanoleaf light panels and I want to know if it would work with them.”

I highly doubt it since this is proprietary. It communicates to the bulbs via the bridge.

Yes. I run everything through Homekit. Using Automations, I can control any item that is exposed to Homekit using the Hue motion sensor as a trigger.

No it won't. This Sensor is exclusively for Phillips Hue bulbs.

Yes. These can control any brand device as long as it is in HomeKit.
