“I have two lights by my garage that I have on from sunset to sunrise at 30%. Can I have the lights turn to 100% when motion is sensed or is it on/off only?”

You can make motion triggers turn the lights any color or brightness. These are amazing!

Yes you can. And after a programmable time it will go back to what it was set at. Easy to setup!

I believe in the Hue app you can choose 'dimmed' as the 'scene'. But I dont believe you can choose a dim level. Also, unfortunately Hue does not let you use IFTTT with the motion sensor as a trigger. So that is also not an option.

Yes assuming you have the Hue app. It is a routine setting.
