QuestionI have a Denon 4300H hooked up to a projector for Zone 1 output. Can I use Zone 2 output of the AVR as input to the Sync Box, as a 'mirror' so it gets the same feed as my projector without running inputs to box first or sitting in between AVR & projector

- Answer Yes. This is exactly what I do! Anything running through the AVR will work with the sync box with this setup. I do lose compatibility with the apps located in the TVs OS though.

QuestionDoes the box have to be out in line of sight for any reason? All of my streaming devices are hidden behind the TV and hope not to have to see it to change the source.

QuestionDoes the optional light bars that are set through one power supply count as one light or 3 for 10 max, for the sync box, please?

- Answer Each light counts as 1 towards the 10 max no matter how many are plugged into one power supply, I think this is a function of the app entertainment zones not the box

QuestionHas anyone been able to program your remote, like a Harmony Elite, to work and change inputs correctly and immediately? I like the Box and Play Gradiant, but the delays in switching inputs is frustrating. I don’t want to use the app either.

- Answer There’s a setting in the sync app, go to settings, tv remote control, and you can add a few different controls directly to your remote so you don’t have to open the app!

QuestionI was thinking about purchasing this sync box. I currently only haver Philip Hue lights in wall/ceiling fan lighting. I have on order outside Philip Hue lighting, does this Sync box communicate with outside lights as well? Or just inside lighting?

- Answer No it is not. Hue sync box can only process 4K/60hz information. It cannot process 4K/120hz info that the PS5 outputs. Only way for it to work is if the PS5 sends out 4K/60hz info.

- Answer I have three devices going into my Play Box then out to my Samsung Atmos bar. I use the ARC return up to the TV so everything still talks when waking up. Works perfectly for my setup!

- Answer Yes it can work with that. You may want to note that if using multiple displays they will need to be at the same set spec because the Sync Box is known to detect one and set the rates for both
