“We bought three of these for behind our large tv. They were installed by best buys geek squad. When put behind the TV first, they made a mistake and they had to get them off and on again. Maybe that's why they keep falling off? How can I fix it?”

If geek squad installed I would call them and have it fixed. If they took them off and put them back on again, they will need new 3M adhesive strips.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used double sided tape to add extra support for these and my Hue light strips and never had an issue. Also can use command strips if behind TV and not in view.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either buy new Velcro or 2 sided adhesive tape, very easy and simple, these adhesive products should never be reused after removal such as trying to reposition like in your situation
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would throw away the included 3M adhesive tape and buy yourself some magnetic tape! Stick the magnetic tape to the mount and now you can easily place, move, and remove your lights anywhere that works with magnets. I've done this to my lights and it works like a charm! Would recommend taking a magnet to the BACK of your TV and see if it sticks first.
