Yes, it can be wall mounted. It comes with mounting brackets, and you could also use double sided tape to mount it if you choose.

Yeah, it comes with 2 mounts. One that's flat, and another to angle it 90 degrees. There's also a piece of double sided 3m adhesive to apply to the mount/surface
