Yes, with the Hue Sync box (for TV) or just with the Hue Sync app (for PC or Mac).

To get the light to change with the TV, you need to buy the separate Philips Play Sync Box, which Best Buy also sells. I have the box and this light and they're great for gaming and movies. Looks really cool. Downside: the Box is +$200. My photo shows the use of 3 of these lights with the Box controlling them

You have to download The Hue Sync software to a laptop and then plug it into the tv. Hue just came out with a HDMI Sync Box that you can use.
