Can you use these outside? null

I have had this light outside in my front porch for about two months, and still works great.

I have in a covered light fixture

Yes, I have been using them for a month now with no issue

They are normal lights just like any other lights except they have wireless capability. I use mine outside around the holidays to use different colors. They work fine.

While you can most definitely use these outside,Phillips will most likely tell you that they are not rated for outdoor use. WiFi connection may be an issue( based on distance from closest bulb if router is further) definitely wouldn’t use if not 100 % protected from rain.
