Yes, to a degree. The ON button can cycle thru 5 different scenes, so you could set up 5 scenes, each with different colors for the lamps the dimmer is controlling.

Please try again later.No, I do not think you can use the dim up/down buttons to switch the color of the lights, (without reprogramming the device outside of its inherent design.) I have not experimented with the Hue Labs and the Dimmer switch, so there might be greater functionality found there. However, by consecutively pressing the [On] button on the Hue Wireless Dimmer Switch, the lights (or zones) that you designate will cycle through 4 or 5 custom scenes. (Hub required, and configurable in the Hue app) Additionally, the Hue Wireless Dimmer Switch has each of the following exclusive buttons: press-and-hold to [Increase Brightness] press-and-hold- to [Decrease Brightness] tap-button for [Off]
