“Is there a switch product that can be control by the app to turn off non WI-FI lights? I have a basement with flourecent bulbs that always get left on. I would like to see on the app if the light has been left on and turn it off remotely.”

If the bulbs are in lamps, you can use the we-mo outlet adapter to turn the lamps on and off with the app or with the switch. If they are in the ceiling, I can’t think of one right now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you’re talking about Philips Hue products: 1) There’s an app...you can check from your mobile phone. 2) If you buy the hub, you can control lights, remotes, and switches without Wi-Fi. 3) Hub has to be connected via Ethernet to your home router.
