Does this work with any shop lights? null

It MAY work to trigger the Hue smart plug, with your shop lights plugged into the smart plug. Directly controlling shop lights without any other devices is definitely not what it was designed for.

Nope. Only works with the Hue system...Hue lamps and a Hue hub (although it is possible to pair the dimmer directly to a Hue lamp, without a hub.)
