• I have been using my Norelco/Phillips shaver all over the world for the past 50+ years, and they all charge up easily (you may need an adapter in some countries) but the dual voltage feature enables charging in any country.......always has !!

• Yes, they run on 110 and 220V -- BTW, NOT Watts -- but Volts

• According to the instructions it is. When I was stationed in Germany in the late 80's- early 90's the razors were compatible then as well.
