“I've been using this shave for a year. It was great but now it's not working anymore. When I turn it on, it makes clicking and running idle sounds then stops with a warning icon on the display. Could you advise what I should do? Thanks!”

Make sure that the main shaft that supports the heads is straight. If not just move it into position.

Hello! It is possible that your shaver does not move because it is dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to become blocked.
