• No the cord it comes with is just for charging.

• This is a rechargeable shaver, so it does have a power module that recharges the internal battery. However, the shaver will not work while it is connected to the charger, for safety reasons, since it can be used while in the shower. It does charge pretty quickly with enough power to finish one shave.

• Yes, it comes with a cord. Haven’t tried using it while plugged in. I just make sure it’s charged before using it
