A:AnswerWe had a heavier unit (different brand) & opted for this model because of the price. It works fine for beard & hair-cuts/ trimming & if it last a couple of years, we'll be happy.

A:Answerthere are two metal clipper attachments, one is for one set of cutters, the other is for the other set. After selecting the correct clipper, slide the front end in first, then snap in the backend. Hope that helps
A:AnswerI never saw any notification either when I first used it. So far, I charged it about 1 hour and it's been holding about 3 hours total spread over a month. I figure just recharge when it stops. If in doubt, charge for about an hour.
