• You can take this in the shower and shave bud. Unless you Seriously drop it hard to damage the frame its waterproof dude . But dont go leave it in water deliberately obviously but your golden friend

• I didn't read the full instructions...but i did. I don't fully submerge the head, but just run it under the faucet for a few seconds. Have done it about 3 times now and it is still running as new. I do dry and oil it after every use.
