• Hello! Yes, Philips Norelco S1211/81 Shaver can be used while it is plugged-in and charging. ComfortCut blades gently cut hair just above skin level and glide smoothly over skin while Lift & Cut blades have dual blade system where the first blade lifts and the second blade cuts for a comfortable close shave.
