• yah this haooend to me as well. they dont have this model, i dont know why they dont fix it. i still love it without the trim guard

• Hello! We apologize for the confusion as the photo shows an additional accessory. However, upon checking from the product's page on the Philips website, the Philips Norelco Nose Trimmer NT5600/42 does not include this guard.
