Hello! We do apologize for the confusion. The Philips Beard Trimmer can be charged on both 110V to 240V. It can also be charged in the UK (230V) and Europe (220V-240V). As for the setting, the zoom wheel can be chosen from length settings ranging from 7/32 in. (5.4 mm) to 25/64 in. (10 mm). The length settings are mentioned above the zoom wheel.
