QuestionI have had this for about a year. And now I have to charge it very often. And after a minute or so, it starts to get hot, why is that? And it doesn't shave that closely anymore too.

- Answer Have not had this "hot" problem. If the shaver is no longer shaving as close as you want, you may need to get new shaving heads. I believe the manufacturer does recommend such a replacement, but you and your face will have to determine when that time arrives (not necessarily by some predetermined or written interval).

QuestionCan a woman use this razor on her legs? I have had a number of women's electric shavers and they don't give a close shave and I have to go over the surface of my legs again and again and still do not get a close shave.
