Unfortunately No. They fit the newer generation Sonic Care Toothbrushes

I know they work for the second generation and newer. The first generation heads have a different attachment system (Screwed versus push on).

No Poppie. The Philips Sonicare - C1 Pro Results Standard Replacement Toothbrush Head only fits the one system. The older models have different fittings connecting.
