• yes, if you buy the replaceable battery version. If you purchase the rechargeable battery version, then it does not appear to be so.

• Yes you can. I almost spent $150 on one, but decided to try this one. I’m so glad I didn’t waste money cuz this one is just as good if not better than high river ones

• As the name says "rechargable" - yes, you can charge the battery.
