A:AnswerYou can use a baking pan as long as it fits the within the perimeter of the unit. both the sides and the top should have enough space so fryer can close and can be taken out without a hassle. my fryer is roughly 9 inches on the inside so i purchased a pan that was 7 inches giving me enough room to lift it out without a hassle.
