• keep in mind max temp setting is 390 deg F and anything restricting airflow will affect result quality, moving air could displace parchment, beware of contact with heating element located at the top of basket cavity

• Yes you can and foil as well. It says to trim the edges to leave 1/2 inch space around the bottom edge of the basket. I assume this is so the air can still properly flow through.

• Yes you can! There is no flame so the parchment paper would be perfect in the air fryer, but be advised that the paper will block the air flow from going around the fish itself, but should cause a wonderful poached effect on the fish and/or veggies inside of it!
