• No, you'll have to cut it up. Depending on the size of the chicken, maybe just cut it in half. If it's bigger, then cut into pieces. The basket is to small on this unit for cooking it whole. Cook maybe half the chicken, keep that warm in the oven while you do the 2nd half. Our voltage in the USA is 120v.

• Volts are electronic measurements used in electricity. No you cannot cook a whole chicken at once. A small cornish game hen perhaps. Have not tried that. It is very easy to clean the device as well.
