• No, I don't believe so. It is meant to sit on a night table. There are no hooks and it's rather thick. Great clock though for natural sunlight replication.

• It is not designed to be hung. You would have to hang a shelf on the wall to set it on.

• No, the back has no holes for hanging and is also slanted in a way where most of it would not be touching the wall itself. The only part that would touch the wall would be the speaker and where the AC plug would go. Also to snooze the alarm you need to tap the alarm, which in most cases would probably cause it to fall off if you did manage to mount it somehow.
