• The version I bought had the standard cover art that you get with all North American (Aksys) versions

• The one I received wasn’t the black one shown but the one with the characters, and included the character cards inside.

• It comes with cover art the place holder was never replaced to show the art if it’s in stock buy it it will not be black/blank.
