• This item seems more niche, so I doubt you can test drive it in-store. Best Buy took my return for a competing model with no difficulty. Full refund of a product that had free shipping. No risk.

• Yes, had the same problem. Found it in Carson City, NV though nobody in the store seemed to know it was there. All the unboxing videos on YouTube are either German or Russian or Polish; maybe this was better promoted in Europe? Still seems awesome fpr people who want all the audio decoded to 2 channels only.
