No, you supply your own speakers. I use speakers on a stand on either side of my flat screen TV. They are a 3-way 4 ohms speaker. The resistance can be almost anything between 4 and 16 ohms provided the Left and Right speakers are the same resistance. With 4 ohm speakers, you are limited a little as to how loud you can make them. The 4 ohm speakers can draw more peak current and possibly damage the amp if operated very, very loud. But as long as you keep the volume reasonable and not extremely loud, you will be ok. However, I can blow out my eardrums easily in my 400sq ft living room and hear it even in my bedroom and I'm a little hard of hearing. So 4 ohm speakers are not a problem. I don't use a subwoofer because my speakers are 3-way speakers and the woofer works well enough.
